Forensic and Business Integrity Consultant
Independent Project Monitoring Company Limited (IPMC)
Objective
- To identify fraud risks, governance weaknesses, operational inefficiencies, financial leakages, and integrity issues that may affect restructuring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Review:
- Review high-risk transactions.
- Examine related-party dealings.
- Investigate unusual accounting entries. Assess procurement irregularities.
Procurement Review:
- Review vendor selection processes. Assess contract award procedures.
- Identify potential conflicts of interest.
- Review contract performance management.
Data Analytics:
- Perform transaction analytics.
- Conduct duplicate payment analysis.
- Review payroll integrity.
- Review vendor master records.
Governance Assessment:
- Assess control environment.
- Evaluate compliance culture.
- Review whistleblowing mechanisms.
- Assess fraud risk management framework.
Deliverables:
- Forensic Due Diligence Report.
- Fraud Risk Assessment.
- Control Weakness Report.
- Procurement Integrity Review.
- Governance Improvement Recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA, CFE, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years forensic investigation experience.
- Experience in oil and gas advisory projects.
- Strong data analytics capabilities.
