Logistic Assistant

Job Summary
- We are seeking a vigilant, disciplined and responsible Logistic Assistant to assist in all procurement, logistics and warehouse processes, structures and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
In addition to normal office routine duties (weekly/monthly reports), the person is supposed to be engaged specially to.
- Assist Senior‐Log‐Assistant for inventory and stock records.
- Assist Supply Chain Manager on Importation and Logistics duties.
- Reports to Senior Assistant.
Key Requirements
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
- Excellent working knowledge of store administration.
- Excellent material know-how of Electrical and Mechanical items.
- Excellent working knowledge of tools and materials management on site.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management.
- Knowledge of Book Keeping.
Skills & Competencies:
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Work knowledge of ERP system.
- Knowledge of supply chain management.
- Work knowledge of Importation and clearing procedures.
Salary
Negotiable.
