Sales / Marketing Representative
Multivista West Africa Limited
Responsibilities
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and site assessments to recommend suitable generator solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within the generator and power solutions industry.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure proper installation and maintenance support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
- Find new business clients who need backup or primary power systems.
- Reach out to factory managers, engineers, and project leads via phone and email.
- Track upcoming construction projects and industrial expansions in the area..
- Keep in touch with past buyers to secure repeat business and upgrades.
- Negotiate final prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Work with the installation and maintenance teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements
- Graduate(preferably in Marketing, Business administration, or related field)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Existing network within industries such as construction, manufacturing, or facility management is a strong advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales pipelines effectively.
