Digital Marketer

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage thecompany's social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels.
- Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Create email marketing campaigns and manage customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to develop marketing campaigns that support business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Completed NYSC.
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role. Experience in the construction or real estate industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong content creation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadline.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
