Digital Content & Social Media Specialist

• We are looking for a highly creative, digitally savvy, and multi-talented Digital Content & Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand presence, engage our online community, and craft compelling narratives across all digital touchpoints.
• This role is ideal for a creative professional who can combine strategy, design, content creation, videography, social media, and digital marketing to deliver content that not only looks great but also drives meaningful engagement and business results.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy:

• Conceptualise, create, edit, and publish compelling content across multiple digital platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas that educate, inform, entertain, and engage our target audience.
• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.
• Create content for property showcases, brand campaigns, product features, industry insights, and corporate communications.
• Stay informed about emerging content formats, trends, and digital marketing best practices.

Social Media Management:

• Manage the company's social media platforms from strategy through execution.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, grow the audience, and drive engagement.
• Schedule and publish content consistently across relevant platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community interactions.
• Track social media performance and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Identify trends and opportunities to increase the company's visibility and reach.

Graphic Design:

• Independently create high-quality, visually appealing, and on-brand graphics for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Design marketing materials, presentations, pitch decks, promotional materials, and other visual assets as required.
• Maintain consistency in the company's visual identity across all digital platforms.
• Translate complex concepts and information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling designs.

Videography & Video Production:

• Handle end-to-end video production, including concept development, filming, editing, and publishing.
• Produce engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media and other digital channels.
• Create videos for property showcases, technology features, educational content, interviews, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Edit videos to a high professional standard, incorporating appropriate graphics, transitions, captions, music, and other elements.
• Stay current with emerging video formats and trends, particularly short-form content.

Email Marketing:

• Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Develop engaging email copy and visual content designed to generate engagement and conversions.
• Manage email lists and audience segmentation where required.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics to improve future campaigns.
• Support lead nurturing and client engagement through effective email communication.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on professional experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, or a related multidisciplinary role.
• Demonstrated professional experience in social media management.
• Strong practical experience in email marketing and campaign management.
• Proven graphic design skills with the ability to independently produce high-quality visual content.
• Proven videography and video editing skills.
• Strong ability to create engaging, original, and platform-specific content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and conceptualisation skills.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating previous graphic design, video production, social media, and content creation work.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Platforms & Tools:
The successful candidate should be comfortable working with relevant digital platforms and tools, including:

• Social Media: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
• Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and/or Figma.
• Video: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Email Marketing: Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, or similar platforms.
• Social Media Management & Analytics: Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and other relevant analytics or scheduling tools.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
