Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Plan, manage, and optimize SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Create engaging and high-converting content for the company website, blog, social media platforms, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to support business growth and increase sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to create marketing campaigns that drive client acquisition and retention.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and new business opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommend improvements to achieve business objectives.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or a similar role.
- Experience in the construction, engineering, or industrial sector is an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 monthly.
