- Acquire new customers through direct field outreach and merchant visits.
- Meet monthly disbursement and collection targets.
- Maintain portfolio quality within acceptable PAR levels.
- Build relationships with market associations and community leaders.
- Identify and onboard SME clients for Carbon Business products.
- Conduct basic credit assessments for loan applicants.
- Submit daily activity reports via the BDO app.
- Follow all KYC/AML procedures for customer onboarding.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor feedback to the team.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, microfinance, or field operations.
- Strong communication skills in English and a local language.
- Proficiency in using a smartphone.
- Willingness to work in the field daily.
- Must be based in Lagos.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with mobile lending platforms.
- Knowledge of the local market territory.
- An existing network in target communities.
- Experience with Taktile or credit scoring tools.
