Customer Engagement & Lead Generation

• Proactively identify, approach, and engage potential customers through various channels (online platforms, referrals, showroom visits, and networking events) to generate qualified sales leads.

Product Presentation & Demonstration

• Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers, highlighting key features, specifications, performance, and competitive advantages to match customer needs and preferences.

Sales Negotiation & Closing

• Conduct effective price negotiations, prepare sales proposals, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers by providing exceptional service, follow-up communication, and after-sales support.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new vehicle models to provide informed recommendations to customers and management.

Dealership Operations Support

• Coordinate with the dealership's administrative, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery, documentation, and registration processes for customers.

Inventory & Showroom Management

• Assist in managing vehicle inventory, maintaining showroom displays, and ensuring all vehicles are clean, well-presented, and accurately priced and labeled.

Sales Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, leads, and conversions using CRM software, and prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Customer Financing & Insurance Assistance

• Guide customers through financing options, insurance packages, and payment plans available through the dealership, collaborating with financial institutions when necessary.

Compliance & Brand Representation

• Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards while representing the brand professionally. Ensure all sales transactions comply with legal and company requirements.
