Direct Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for the bank's products and services.
- Drive the sales of accounts, loans, cards, and other banking solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant banking products based on customer needs.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while ensuring compliance with the bank's policies.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in any discipline.
- 1–2 years' experience in direct sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role (banking experience is an added advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sales.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and effectively cross-sell banking products.
Salary
N150,000 monthly (Net)
Benefits: HMO, Pension.
