How You'll Make an Impact

• We are looking for a growth-focused, highly structured Talent Acquisition Capability Analyst to own the learning, development, and operational enablement of our internal TA consultants and sourcing teams. You are the architect responsible for sharpening the skills of our talent acquisition workforce so they can hit aggressive placement targets and maintain high client delivery standards.
• You will design, implement, and measure end-to-end capability frameworks—from onboarding new recruitment consultants and delivering advanced sourcing/headhunting modules to auditing recruiter competency gaps and building career progression tracks. What You'll Do
L&D Strategy & Capability Frameworks:

• TA Enablement & Learning Pathways: Design, roll out, and maintain the EISS Talent Acquisition Capability Playbook—covering modern headhunting, Boolean logic, ATS hygiene, client brief calibration, and interview techniques.
• Competency Gap Analysis: Regularly audit the recruiter performance pipeline (Time-to-Fill, Shortlist Conversion Ratios) to identify individual and team capability gaps, designing targeted training interventions to bridge them.
• Growth Structure Alignment: Align all TA learning programs with Estrada's internal growth ladder, ensuring recruiters have clear skill milestones required for promotion from Associate to Consultant and Senior levels.

Onboarding & Continuous Coaching

• Recruiter Onboarding Academy: Own the 30-day onboarding journey for all new TA hires, ensuring rapid time-to-productivity through structured bootcamps, shadowing sessions, and tool training.
• Continuous Upskilling Workshops: Organize and facilitate weekly/bi-weekly internal masterclasses, bring in external industry experts, and curate online learning resources for continuous skill refreshers.
• Sourcing & Tech Enablement: Train the TA team on optimizing recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing prompts, ATS features, and candidate assessment frameworks).

Performance Assessment & Training ROI

• Learning Impact Metrics: Track and measure the ROI of all training initiatives, connecting capability development directly to improved recruitment delivery (e.g., faster shortlisting TATs, higher candidate offer acceptance rates).
• Individual Development Plans (IDPs): Partner with TA Team Leads to create personalized development plans for underperforming or high-potential consultants.

What We're Looking For
Professional & Technical Strengths:

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc / HND) in Human Resources, Educational Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Domain Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, TA Enablement, HR Capability Building, or as a Recruitment Consultant with a strong passion for training and coaching.
• Recruitment Familiarity: Practical understanding of the agency/consultancy recruitment lifecycle, candidate sourcing techniques, ATS tools, and client SLA dynamics.
• Instructional Design & Facilitation: Proven ability to design engaging learning content, slide decks, training modules, and deliver energetic facilitation sessions.

Leadership & Interpersonal Strengths

• Coach & Mentor Mindset: Passionate about seeing others grow; patient, encouraging, yet firm on standards and operational rigor.
• Data-Informed Evaluator: Ability to review operational data and connect recruiter performance metrics back to underlying skill gaps.
• High Organizational Skills: Excellent structured thinking, documentation discipline, and program management skills.
• Experience Level: Mid-Level (2–3 years of core experience in L&D, TA enablement, or capability development)

Compensation
N200,000 Gross Monthly + Performance Incentives
