Digital Marketing Analyst (Senior Associate - Senior Consultant)

Job Overview

• We are looking for an aggressive, data-obsessed Digital Marketer who lives and breathes lead generation, conversion optimization, and multi-channel campaign ROI.
• This is not a role for a generic social media manager; we need a growth-engine driver who understands how to turn digital impressions into qualified B2B corporate leads and measurable revenue.
• You will own the end-to-end performance marketing ecosystem—from running high-converting Google Ads and managing technical SEO to building omni-channel acquisition funnels (LinkedIn, Email, Meta, Search).
• You will work hand-in-hand with the Business Development team to ensure that every campaign fuels our pipeline with high-ticket enterprise prospects. If you are a master of campaign management, funnel mechanics, and web analytics, your seat is ready.

What you’ll drive

• Design, launch, and manage end-to-end B2B lead generation campaigns that convert passive traffic into qualified sales inquiries for all EISS product lines.
• Build cohesive user journeys across Search (Google Ads), Social (LinkedIn Ads, Meta), Email Automation, and Direct Channels to nurture leads from cold awareness to booking a discovery meeting.
• Conduct continuous A/B tests of landing pages, ad copy, CTAs, and opt-in forms to minimize Cost Per Lead (CPL) and maximize Lead-to-Meeting conversion rates
• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, ensuring aggressive targeting for high-intent B2B keywords while optimizing ad spend efficiency.
• Own Estrada’s organic visibility. Conduct keyword research, execute on-page/off-page SEO strategies, and fix technical site issues to rank EISS on Page 1 for high-value corporate HR terms.
• Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital campaigns from initial brief to final ROI reporting.

The ideal fit

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Marketing, Computer Science, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a proven history of generating B2B corporate leads.
• Deep knowledge of omni-channel marketing management.
• Proven experience in video editing, event management, public speaking, content management and campaign management.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email automation platforms.
