TEAM LEAD- Medical Sales Representative- Lagos

Pay: 150.00 (NGN) - 350.00 (NGN) per month Job description: Endless Pharmaceutical Chemical Limited, a fast-growing pharmaceutical company headquartered in Lagos, is seeking qualified Medical Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. Role Description Conduct effective product detailing to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to drive strong product visibility within assigned territories. Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain and organize financial and non-financial records electronically and generate reports as required. Actively sell and promote Endless Pharmaceutical products. Identify and develop new business and market opportunities. Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration. Build and sustain strong business relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat purchases. Follow up on sales leads generated by the company. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective customers. Ensure receivables remain minimal by supporting timely payment collection and prompt deposit into designated bank accounts. Expand the customer base while managing distributors, major institutions, and other key accounts. Qualifications Proven expertise in Medical Sales and a strong understanding of the medical/pharmaceutical industry Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships Knowledge or background in Medicine or Pharmacy is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently Location Lagos Qualifications Proven expertise in Medical Sales and a strong understanding of the medical/pharmaceutical industry Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships Knowledge or background in Medicine or Pharmacy is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently Willingness to travel within assigned locations, including Gombe and Lagos Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a proven sales record. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
