Social Media Manager (Hybrid)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence, increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and support business growth through strategic social media activities.
- The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Create graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using design tools such as Canva.
- Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote products, services, campaigns, and events.
- Generate monthly performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Grow online communities and increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in social media management.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and social media scheduling tools.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must be a resident in Surulere or nearby areas for easy commute.
Salary
N90,000 / month.
