Sales Manager
a Leading IT Consulting and Systems Integration Firms - Fadac Resources and Services Limited
Job Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team (Sales Executives, SDRs, Pre-Sales).
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Snapnet’s solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and proposals to closing deals.
- Grow and maintain strategic client and partner relationships.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track performance through CRM, forecasts, and key sales metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) are an advantage.
- 7–10 years of B2B IT solution or consulting sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success selling Cloud, ERP, Managed Services, or Cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience building and mentoring sales teams.
- Excellent knowledge of the Nigerian enterprise market.
