- Welcome and attend to patients and visitors professionally.
- Register patients and manage appointments.
- prepare and process patient bills and receipts accurately.
- Respond to phone calls. emails. and patient enquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and billing documentation.
- Perform Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism. and attention to detail.
