Sales/ Procurement officer

We are looking to employ a Sales/Procurement Officer who will be responsible for driving sales growth while ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. This role involves identifying and engaging customers, managing supplier relationships, negotiating prices and contracts, processing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the availability of quality products to support business operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain quality goods and services at competitive prices.
• Prepare quotations, process sales and purchase orders, and monitor order fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and pricing to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and maintain accurate sales and procurement documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet operational and customer requirements.
• Prepare periodic sales, procurement, and inventory reports for management.

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, procurement, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory or procurement management software.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
