Front Office Manager

Job Description
- Guest/Visitor Services: Greeting visitors, managing check-ins/outs, providing information, handling complaints, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Communication: Answering, screening, and directing calls; managing emails and correspondence.
- Administrative Tasks: Scheduling appointments, maintaining records/files, handling mail/deliveries, managing office supplies, data entry, and using office equipment.
- Operational Duties: Managing reservations, processing payments, ensuring security protocols, and liaising with other departments (like housekeeping).
- Leadership Role: Directing the activities of other personnels
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree
- 1 - 3 years experience in hotel & hospitality
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
- Knowledge of hospitality &customer service principles.
- Must reside in Ikorodu
- Must be a Christian.
