- Welcome and attend to patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Register new patients and update existing patient records.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Provide accurate information regarding the clinic's services, procedures, and operating hours.
- Direct patients and visitors to the appropriate department or healthcare professional.
- Handle patient complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 1 - 2 years experience.
