About the Role
- Ever met someone who remembers your birthday and your bank balance? That's a Relationship Manager. Part financial matchmaker, part growth hustler, this role is all about winning new clients, growing deposits, and turning "just checking in" calls into real Assets Under Management.
- You'll sell credit and financial products, dish out investment advice like a trusted friend who happens to know the markets, and chase deposit targets like they owe you money. Creditworthiness checks? Eas

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new deposit accounts from individuals, corporate bodies, and other organizations.
- Achieve set revenue targets by selling credit facilities, loans and other financial products.
- Deepen relationships with existing clients to increase Assets Under Management and acquire new clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investment advice, providing regular performance updates and market insights.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase deposit growth and client / customer retention.
- Meet and exceed deposit mobilization targets.
- Follow up with credit clients to give them loan facility. Assess the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers by analyzing financial data, references and payment history.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Ensure adherence to rate guides as approved by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor`s Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.
- Master’s degree or professional certifications are an added advantage.
- 2 - 5 years experience in marketing financial products/services.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Knowledge of capital market, loan and credit appraisal systems.
- Strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under competing demands.

The role comes with a comprehensive benefits package including;
- Salary: N450,000 monthly.
