Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilites
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance.
- Manage sales activities and coverage across the assigned territory.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales promotions and company initiatives.
- Track team performance and provide regular sales reports and insights.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive territory expansion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and sales procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or Consumer Goods industry.
- Proven experience managing and leading a field sales team.
- Strong knowledge of territory management and sales operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
