- Operations Oversight: Manage daily transport, routing, and warehouse storage facilities.
- Budget & Cost Control: Track fuel expenses, vehicle upkeep, and overall supply chain spending.
- Team Leadership: Supervise logistics staff, drivers, and shift coordinators.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate carrier pricing and service level agreements.
- Process Optimization: Track performance metrics like on-time delivery rates and fleet usage.
