Technical Product Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap and priorities.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Manage product development, backlog, testing, launch and optimisation.
- Work closely with engineering teams and contribute to coding, debugging and testing.
- Use data, analytics, AI and automation to improve product performance.
- Drive product adoption, quality and business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Product Management, Software Engineering or both.
- Strong hands-on coding experience in at least one programming language.
- Experience taking digital products from concept to launch.
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, Git, system integrations and software architecture.
- Strong Agile, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AI/ML or SaaS products is an advantage.
Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 per month.
