Estate Surveyor (Facility Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned facilities.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor the performance of vendors, contractors, cleaners, security personnel, and other service providers.
• Ensure facilities are safe, clean, functional, and properly maintained.
• Conduct routine inspections and promptly address identified maintenance issues.
• Manage facility-related budgets, expenses, and procurement requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment, utilities, and service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Prepare regular facility management reports for Management.
• Liaise with clients, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve facility-related issues.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in Estate Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in facility management, property management, or a related role.
• Good knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and property management.
• Strong ability to coordinate vendors, contractors, artisans, and service providers.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to monitor and manage maintenance schedules, repairs, utilities, and general facility operations.
• Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant facility/property management tools.
• Professional certification or membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
