Field Marketing Officer

Job Description

• We are seeking confident, persuasive, and target-driven Marketing Executives to support customer acquisition, vendor onboarding, app sign-ups, and business growth.
• The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and comfortable engaging with customers, vendors, and business owners.
• The role requires someone who can promote the organization's services, drive awareness, support app adoption, and contribute to the company’s customer and vendor growth objectives while meeting target.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote products and services to customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Drive app downloads, customer sign-ups, and active usage.
• Identify, approach, and onboard vendors, merchants, and service providers.
• Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, community engagement, and direct sales activities.
• Explain the company’s value proposition clearly to prospects and customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active users or partners.
• Meet weekly and monthly marketing, sales, onboarding, and activation targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, customer feedback, and market activities.
• Represent the company professionally during field engagements, activations, and marketing activities.
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities, customer responses, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer acquisition, field sales, or business development is an added advantage.
• Must have good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Must be confident, presentable, proactive, and target-driven.
• Must be comfortable with field marketing and direct customer engagement.
• Must be able to usebasic digital tools.
• Must be willing to work with targets and performance-based commission.
• Experience in app marketing, logistics, delivery services, FMCG, vendor onboarding, or marketplace platforms is an added advantage.

Benefits

• Salary: N40,000 - N150,000 monthly.
