- A PhD. in the relevant field from a reputable University
- Extensive academic experience with a minimum of 10 years in teaching and research
- A strong track record of research publications in reputable journals
- Strong IT skills with ability to at least use Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills
- Active involvement in professional bodies and conferences
- Proven ability to secure research grants and collaborate with industry partners
- Strong commitment to student-centered learning and fostering a research-driven environment
- Ability to engage in interdisciplinary research and collaboration.
