A kitchen production recorder tracks and logs daily food preparation, ingredient amounts, cooking temperatures, and leftovers in a commercial or institutional food service operation
- Be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Have excellent numerical, analytical and record-keeping skills
- Be accurate, organised and attentive to details
- Be able to prepare and maintain daily production records and reports
- Have the ability to monitor production quantities, usage, wastage and variances
- Be willing to work across our Aguda, Ikeja and Iba outlets
- Be available to work both morning and night shifts when scheduled
- Reside around Surulere and its environs
- Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
