Job Title: Digital Marketing ManagerLocation: Surulere, LagosEmployment Type: Full-timeIndustry : FMCG Role SummaryThe Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase conversions across multiple online platforms within a competitive FMCG environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Manage and optimize digital channels (social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid ads, influencer marketing, website).Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.Lead content strategy and ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to improve ROI.Manage digital marketing budgets and track spending efficiency.Collaborate with brand, sales, and creative teams for integrated campaigns.Support e-commerce initiatives and digital lead generation efforts.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.4–6 years’ experience in digital marketing (preferably FMCG, retail, or agency).Strong expertise in digital media buying, analytics tools, email automation, and CMS platforms.Proven track record of delivering KPI-driven campaigns.Core CompetenciesDigital Strategy & ExecutionSocial Media & Performance MarketingSEO/SEMContent & Influencer MarketingData Analytics & ROI ManagementBudget ControlCross-functional Collaboration
