Food & Beverage Manager

Description
- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and manage the Food & Beverage team to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and inventory controls.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
- Develop promotional activities and collaborate with the sales and marketing team to increase revenue.
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of food and beverage items.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage Management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and hospitality operations.
- Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management systems.
