Job Description

• Are you a strategic finance professional with experience in the Restaurant or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry?
• We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function, drive financial performance, ensures accurate reporting, compliance, and financial efficiency across all outlets. the ideal candidate will focus on managing cash flow, controlling costs, ensuring tax compliance, and mitigating risks, while providing strategic insights that support business growth, profitability and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all finance and accounting operations across the business.
• Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and implementation.
• Maintain robust financial control systems and ensure compliance with financial standards.
• Lead cost control strategies to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and performance reports.
• Prepare monthly, Quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Supervise tax planning, remittance, and compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Manage cash flow and banking operations, including reconciliation and banking relationships.
• Monitor and manage funding needs to support business expansion.
• Oversee inventory finance controls and reporting.
• Implement risk management practices and financial policies skills.
• Strong budget management and financial planning skills.
• Proficient in financial reporting, controls, and audit processes.
• Skilled in cost reduction and performance optimization.
• Expertise in tax compliance and statutory regulations.
• Familiar with banking operations and reconciliation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) required.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a senior finance role.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or QSR/food service industry.
• Solid background in costing, tax planning, and financial compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/EPR systems.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
