We are looking for a self-motivated SME Junior Loan Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing customers, processing loans, meeting targets, and ensuring repayments.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and engage potential SME customers
Process and review loan applications
Meet sales targets in count and volume
Build and manage customer relationships
Ensure timely repayments and low defaults
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
1-2 years experience in sales/loan processing (added advantage)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
