- Possess a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree and PhD in the relevant discipline, OR Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College or its equivalent, where applicable.
- Have 3 years post-PhD teaching experience.
- Be registered with the relevant regulatory council and possess a valid practising licence where applicable.
- Have a minimum of 5 academic publications.
