Human Capital Consultant

Job Summary

• The Human Capital Consultant is a client-facing role responsible for supporting the design, delivery, and implementation of human capital and organizational development solutions for clients across multiple sectors.
• The role combines consulting, project delivery, stakeholder management, business development, data analytics, and research capabilities to help organizations improve workforce performance, leadership effectiveness, organizational culture, and business outcomes

Key Responsibilities
Human Capital Project Support:

• Support the design and execution of human capital consulting projects.
• Conduct organizational assessments, workforce diagnostics, and research activities.
• Assist in developing project deliverables, reports, frameworks, and client presentations.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Strategic Human Resources Solutions:

• Support the development of solutions across talent management, performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation, and workforce planning.
• Conduct benchmarking and industry research to inform client recommendations.
• Contribute to the development of innovative and future-focused HR solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Support client engagements, meetings, workshops, and solution presentations.
• Ensure responsiveness to client needs and delivery excellence throughout project lifecycles.

Business Development:

• Support proposal development, bid preparation, and solution design activities.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling Learning & Development, Advisory, and Insights offerings.
• Contribute to client acquisition, account growth, and revenue generation initiatives.

Data Analytics and Business Report Writing:

• Analyze workforce, business, and survey data to generate actionable insights.
• Develop high-quality business proposals, reports, business cases, presentations, and consulting deliverables
• Translate complex data into concise management and board-level recommendations

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related discipline
• 4–6years' experience in HR Consulting, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Business Advisory
• CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, or related certification is an advantage
• Experience supporting client-facing projects and stakeholder engagements
• Strong data analysis, research, and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR/Business

N10,800,000– N12,000,000 million Gross Annually.
