Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

Job Summary
- We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead the next phase of brand growth for a fast-scaling, design-driven business.
- This is more than a visibility role.
- You’ll own the full marketing journey — from how the brand is positioned, to how people discover it, engage with it, become leads, and ultimately become clients.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth Strategy:
- Build integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals, revenue targets and the project pipeline.
Performance & Digital Marketing:
- Lead campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant channels while managing ROI, ROAS, acquisition costs and conversion.
Brand & Positioning:
- Shape brand identity, storytelling, messaging and creative direction across every customer touchpoint.
Content & Digital Presence:
- Drive compelling content, social media, website optimisation, case studies and digital experiences that attract and convert the right audience.
PR & Corporate Image:
- Build credibility through media, thought leadership, strategic events and industry visibility.
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Build a quality pipeline, strengthen sales enablement and turn marketing activity into measurable commercial opportunities.
Events & Partnerships:
- Create strategic activations, exhibitions, partnerships and offline experiences that expand market reach.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, develop and build a high-performing marketing team across digital, content and social.
Who we're Looking For
- A strategic thinker who can also get things done.
- You bring 5 – 8+ years of marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership capacity, with strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, brand building and revenue-focused marketing.
- Experience across interior design, real estate, luxury, lifestyle or premium consumer brands is an advantage.
