Community & Customer Experience Manager (Hybrid)

Job Descrption
- We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and highly organized Community & Customer Experience Manager to help us create exceptional experiences for our customers before, during, and after events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, chats, and other approved channels.
- Provide accurate information about events, tickets, locations, and schedules.
- Follow up on customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our community.
- Attend events and actively engage with and support guests throughout their experience.
- Assist with customer questions, ticketing concerns, directions, and other event-related needs.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate useful insights to the team.
- Work closely with the Events and Operations teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Support the overall customer journey from initial enquiry through post-event follow-up.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required for events.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, community management, events, or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
