- Generating, managing and converting leads into paying customers
- Managing sales targets, pipelines, campaigns and performance
- Developing strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention and repeat purchases
- Identifying new sales channels, partnerships and market opportunities
- Managing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Working closely with the content and social media teams to turn attention into sales
- Tracking sales and marketing performance, analysing data and continuously improving results.
Must have:
- Proven track record of Increasing sales and revenue
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing and customer psychology
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking
- Ability to build and execute campaigns that convert
- Highly organised, proactive and results-driven mindset.
