Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market the company's products and services to prospective customers.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
- Conduct field marketing and customer engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Execute marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional events.
- Meet and exceed monthly customer acquisition and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of the Abakaliki market is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must reside in Lagos or be willing to relocate.
Salary
N215,000 Net Monthly.
