Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior executives.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate office operations and liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
- Assist with basic office management and logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative or executive secretary role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented.
