Customer Service Executive

Responsibilties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Process customer orders, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm, professional, and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and customer service reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 2 - 10 years experience.
