Sales Facilitator Supervisor

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales Operations Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales facilitation team.
• Monitor online sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, from product inquiries to order completion. Support promotional campaigns and seasonal sales activities.
• Analyze sales reports and recommend strategies to increase revenue.
• Customer Service Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds. Order Management Monitor incoming orders to ensure accurate processing.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Track deliveries and resolve shipping or fulfillment issues. Ensure inventory availability aligns with customer demand. Team Leadership Supervise, coach, and mentor sales facilitators.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor team productivity. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Train new employees on company policies, products, sales processes, and customer service standards.
• Product Management Verify that product listings are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on new product launches and promotions. Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory shortages to procurement teams.
• Reporting and Analysis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify market trends and customer preferences.
• Recommend improvements to sales processes and operational efficiency.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
• Ensure compliance with applicable consumer protection and e-commerce regulations. Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and ethical conduct.

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce operations.

Salary
N7,600,000 - N8,400,000 per year.
