- We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to lead brand visibility, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies within our fashion/beauty business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Manage digital and offline marketing activities, promotions, and product launches.
- Oversee social media marketing across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities/trends.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, activations, and promotional events.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years relevant experience as a Marketing Supervisor/Marketing Executive within Fashion, Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Haircare, or Personal Care industry (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
