- The Brand Manager will be responsible for the strategic and commercial management of the Swarovski and Montblanc brands, covering brand strategy, merchandising, marketing, customer engagement and commercial performance.
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing premium consumer brands, preferably within leading FMCG, luxury, fashion, beauty or premium lifestyle organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual brand strategies.
- Drive brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial performance.
- Develop and implement brand marketing plans.
- Coordinate merchandising and product presentation.
- Monitor sales, profitability and brand performance.
- Analyze consumer behaviour and market trends.
- Develop promotional and activation plans.
- Coordinate campaigns with Marketing, Sales and Retail teams.
- Maintain brand standards and positioning.
- Manage relationships with brand principals and partners where applicable.
- Monitor competitor activity.
- Prepare brand performance reports and recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- 7–10 years' brand management experience.
- Experience managing premium/luxury consumer brands.
- FMCG experience from a leading organization is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
