About the role

Tiva Creative Solutions Limited builds and runs digital products, websites, campaigns and brand materials for a group of client companies across property, agriculture, retail, technology and non profit work. We are hiring one person to design across those accounts. You will take a client from a rough brief through to finished campaign work: the look of it, the words that sit inside it, and the way it lands on social media once it goes out. This suits someone who is tired of being handed a finished caption and asked only to make it look good. We want a designer who has an opinion on whether the message is right in the first place.

What you will do Design and brand

• Design campaign assets for social media, digital ads, websites, print, presentations and documents.
• Work inside each client's brand rules, and help build those rules where they do not yet exist.
• Keep client brands distinct. Several of our clients sit within the same group but do not share a look or a voice.
• Hand over print ready and screen ready files that a printer or developer can use without coming back with questions.

Content

• Write the short copy that sits inside your own designs: headlines, captions, carousel text, ad copy and video titles.
• Turn long documents, such as a report or a product brief, into something a person will actually read on a phone.
• Shape a campaign idea into a run of posts with a beginning, a middle and an end, rather than a pile of unrelated graphics.

Social media

• Build and hold the monthly content calendar for the clients assigned to you.
• Schedule, publish and monitor posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and TikTok, depending on the client.
• Handle comments and messages within agreed response times, and pass anything sensitive to the account lead rather than answering it yourself.
• Report monthly on what performed, what did not, and what you would change next month.

What we are looking for Required 

• Three to five years designing for brands or inside an agency, with a portfolio of finished campaign work.
• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, or Figma and Canva at a professional standard. We care that the work is good, not which tool made it. Proof that you can write.
• Send us captions and headlines you wrote yourself.
• Hands on experience running business social media accounts, including scheduling tools and platform analytics.
• Video and motion basics: cutting a reel, adding subtitles, simple animated graphics.
• Ability to hold several clients at once without dropping any of them.
• Comfortable receiving direct feedback and reworking something twice without taking it personally.
• A reliable internet connection and a working setup, since the role is fully remote. Helpful, not essential
• Experience across more than one industry, particularly property, agriculture, retail or technology.
• Photography, or directing a shoot on set.
• Some web design experience, or an understanding of how a design becomes a working page.

Paid social: boosting posts, building simple ad sets, and reading the results.

How we will judge the first six months

• First month: You know each assigned client, their audience and their brand rules well enough to design without checking every choice.
• Third month: You are running the content calendar for your accounts on your own, and campaign work goes out on time and on brand.
• Sixth month. Clients ask for you by name, monthly reporting is consistent, and you bring ideas to briefings instead of waiting for them.

• Three examples of copy you wrote yourself. 
• One social media account you have run, with a note on what changed while you had it.
