Brand Manager (Beauty Portfolio)

Job Summary

• The Beauty Portfolio Brand Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s assigned beauty and personal care product portfolio.
• The role combines strategic brand management, creativity, commercial insight, digital marketing, customer engagement, and market analysis to build strong brands and drive sales growth.
• The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, strengthen brand visibility, identify market opportunities, monitor product performance, and ensure that assigned beauty brands achieve their commercial and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand and marketing strategies for assigned beauty and personal care products in line with approved budgets and business objectives.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, e-commerce, influencer marketing, and other relevant online channels.
• Manage the brand’s social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging, engaging content, and strong customer interaction.
• Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging opportunities within the beauty and personal care industry.
• Drive and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of assigned products using sales reports and relevant performance data.
• Analyse sales performance against targets and recommend appropriate promotional and commercial strategies to address performance gaps.
• Drive e-commerce and digital sales initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Commercial teams.
• Plan and manage product promotions, campaigns, activations, product launches, and other brand-building initiatives.
• Manage digital advertising and campaign budgets and monitor campaign performance and return on investment.
• Supervise the development of creative assets, product content, promotional materials, packaging communication, and other brand presentation activities.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and positioning across all customer touchpoints, including digital platforms, retail outlets, pharmacies, beauty stores, distributors, and other sales channels.
• Develop monthly and periodic marketing briefs for sales and field teams and provide training on product features, benefits, positioning, and competitive advantages.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, brand management, or portfolio management.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, premium wellness, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.
• Proven experience managing products or brands from strategy development through execution and performance monitoring.
• Experience with digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, and consumer-focused campaigns.
