Job Summary

• The Group Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for leading brand governance, strategic communications, and integrated marketing initiatives across Canary Point Holding Limited and its subsidiaries. The role focuses on strengthening brand positioning, overseeing digital and corporate communications, and driving marketing strategies that support business growth, stakeholder engagement, and the Group’s overall commercial objectives. The role requires strong leadership, strategic communication, branding, and digital marketing capabilities, along with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships and multiple projects effectively. The Group Marketing & Communications Manager collaborates with subsidiary leadership, internal teams, and external partners to ensure consistent brand representation, effective communication delivery, and alignment with the Group’s corporate strategy and reputation management objectives.

Job Details

• Drive brand governance initiatives and ensure compliance with approved brand guidelines across the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Develop and manage corporate communications, messaging frameworks, and stakeholder engagement materials aligned with the Group’s strategic objectives.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, and email communications to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Develop content strategies, editorial calendars, and marketing campaigns to support business growth and brand positioning.
• Monitor campaign performance, marketing analytics, and digital engagement metrics to support data-driven decision-making and marketing effectiveness.
• Oversee marketing budgets, ROI measurement, and spend governance to ensure efficient utilization of marketing resources.
• Coordinate marketing and communication projects across subsidiaries to ensure consistency, collaboration, and timely execution of initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder communications and reputation management activities to strengthen the Group’s corporate image and market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subsidiary leadership, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing and communication initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or arelated field. MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Brand Management, or related marketing and communications fields will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in marketing, communications, brand management, or digital marketing roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing brand standards and marketing initiatives across multiple business units or stakeholders.
• Proven experience translating business strategy into structured marketing initiatives and campaigns. 
• Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing relationships with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Prior experience within financial services, investment firms, financial holding companies, or other regulated industries is an added advantage.
