Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms.
- Provide accurate information about shipping rates, timelines, and company services.
- Support customer engagement and follow-ups across the U.S. and Canada operations.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive remotely.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, email, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- A stable internet connection and a conducive work environment at home.
- Must be available to work evening hours and Saturdays.
