Store keeper (Event Management)

About Company : Our client is a leading event management and rental service company, with a passionate and dedicated team of decorators, event planners, and designers, that specializes in creating unforgettable experiences for its clients.
The Company is seeking to hire Store Keepers who will be responsible for managing store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate inventory records of goods and materials.
The role ensures proper stock control, organization, and availability of items to support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies.
Properly store and organize inventory items.
Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory logs/systems.
Issue items upon approved requests and ensure proper documentation.
Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory audits.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excesses.
Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of goods.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
Work closely with procurement and other departments.
Prevent loss, damage, or misuse of inventory
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Minimum of OND in any discipline.
Previous experience in a store or inventory role, preferably in a retail store.
Basic computer knowledge (especially MS Excel).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Honest, reliable, and responsible.
Good record-keeping and communication skills.
