This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Collection Officer. The Loan Collection Officer will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients. Daily tasks include reaching out to customers to discuss overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments, and following up with clients to ensure timely settlement of loans. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of communication and collection activities.
