Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, managing online communities, driving engagement, and increasing brand visibility across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and online communities.
- Plan and maintain social media calendars and posting schedules.
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and platform updates.
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Manage audience interactions, comments, messages, and online reputation professionally.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Track competitors and identify opportunities for improved social media positioning.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Experience managing business social media accounts and online communities.
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of audience engagement.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media analytics tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms, projects, and deadlines.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
