Description
- We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and creative Brand Manager to oversee the development, positioning, and growth of our brand.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a strong and consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints while developing initiatives that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Manage and strengthen the company’s brand identity, positioning, and image.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, tone, and communication across all channels.
- Develop and execute brand awareness and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Work closely with the social media, content, creative, sales, and marketing teams.
- Oversee brand campaigns from concept development through execution and evaluation.
- Monitor brand performance, customer perception, and market positioning.
- Analyze campaign and brand performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, activations, and other brand-building initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with established brand guidelines.
- Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar brand/marketing role.
- Strong understanding of brand management, marketing, and consumer behaviour.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of market research and performance analytics.
- Creative, commercially aware, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar marketing tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
