Cashew Sales Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Cashew Sales Manager to drive sales growth, market expansion, and distribution of cashew products across Southern Nigeria.
- The ideal candidate must have strong cashew industry experience, market knowledge, and an established customer/distributor network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
- Expand market presence and identify new customers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships.
- Manage distributor networks and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market updates.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure product availability and market execution.
- Manage sales activities across Southern Nigeria and travel extensively as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of proven experience in cashew sales.
- Strong knowledge of the cashew market, products, and distribution channels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong distributor/channel network and customer relationships within the cashew industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Southern Nigeria.
- Based in Lagos is preferred.
